Welcome. I’m Dr. John Daniel, a Licensed Christian Marriage and Family Therapist based in Tampa and Orlando. I offer culturally sensitive, trauma-informed therapy rooted in both clinical understanding and Christian values. As a Black African American therapist, I specialize in infidelity recovery, relationship issues, trauma healing, family dynamics, and executive coaching. Dr. John Daniel is an integrated/eclectic clinician who specializes in infidelity/affairs,
premarital, marital and family therapy, relationship issues, stress, crisis and trauma-
focused therapy including complex trauma and PTSD. He is a Licensed Christian Marriage and Family Therapist, Board-Certified Life, Business, Entrepreneurship and Executive Coach, Consultant and Leadership Expert. Dr. Daniel holds a Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership, Master’s Degrees in Human Services Counseling and Christian Leadership, Educational Psychology and has accumulated over 35 years of cross-cultural corporate experience while servicing as a C-level Executive for diverse
multinational corporations. He has worked as a professional counselor for over 15 years and continued to expand his knowledge base in diverse disciplines on both business and the helping profession.
He also helps clients develop their coping skills, self-esteem, self-care & work-life
balance in a safe confidential environment. He uses diverse psychoeducational tools,
assessments & scales which adhere to his holistic therapeutic philosophy that
embraces life enrichment and transformation. At the core of his therapeutic philosophy
is treating the “WHOLE person” i.e., mind, body, soul, and spirit. Helping people is my
PASSION!
For the spiritually minded, he also provides Christian and faith-based counseling which
is based on sound Biblical principles and theology. Although his ethnicity is Black, he
has adopted a culturally diverse philosophy and caters to remarkably diverse
demographic groups that span ethnicities, age groupings, cultural origins, religious
backgrounds, sexual orientations without judgement and/or discrimination.
