Dr. John Daniel has over 25 years of cross- cultural corporate, business, and entrepreneurial experience; and has had the privilege of traveling extensively to many parts of the globe.
His multifaceted gift-mix has allowed him to lead in many different capacities including: senior executive, manager, pastor, prophet, coach, consultant, and counselor. He has been professionally trained at diverse regionally accredited North American institutions. This diversity has allowed him the flexibility to relate to persons who hold both the Christian and secular worldviews.

Leadership Empowerment and Psychological Services L.E.A.P.S. has a deep-rooted and uncompromising philosophy buttressed on excellence, commitment, top-level academic training, proven experience, and professionalism.
In this regard, our growing associates include qualified Christian Counselors, Licensed Counselors, Masters Level Therapists, Licensed Mental Health Counselors, Leadership and Executive Business Coaches, and Image Enhancement Coaches. All of these trained professionals possess the necessary competencies to provide counseling for myriad emotional, mental, psychological dysfunctions. In addition, trusted and confidential spiritual formation, pastoral care, pastoral counseling, and conceptual pastoral ministry including spiritual healing, deliverance, premarital and marital coaching and counseling, anger management, stress management, substance abuse, and much more.
His training extends from leadership theory and development, community development, business, human services counseling to educational and organizational psychology.
Dr. John has founded and co-founded several ministries and companies. He gives leadership and spiritual oversight to many ministers and corporate leaders globally. His leadership, coaching, and counseling skills traverse geographical, cultural, ethnic, political, economic, social, ideological and theological boundaries.
