How our EAP services work
Our EAP services are offered on an up-front, pay-as-you-go basis for direct contact with individuals, and on a contracted basis with employers. LEAPS provides services through a dedicated phone line or an online portal.
Availability: Services are provided based on our website hours. We facilitate a 24-hour response time once contacted,
except for extenuating circumstances (e.g., travel or vacation with prior notice).

Initial assessment
We discuss the client’s needs and develop an intervention plan aligned with your organization’s available resources included in your company’s EAP plan.
