How our EAP services work

Our EAP services are offered on an up-front, pay-as-you-go basis for direct contact with individuals, and on a contracted basis with employers. LEAPS provides services through a dedicated phone line or an online portal.

Confidentiality comes first: employers do not receive information about who uses the service or the nature of their concerns.

Availability: Services are provided based on our website hours. We facilitate a 24-hour response time once contacted,
except for extenuating circumstances (e.g., travel or vacation with prior notice).
