What is Individual Therapy?

therapy or individual counseling. It is technique used in the mental health field by trained professionals who work one-on-one with clients to help them explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with a focus on elevating clients’ self-awareness, emotional well-being, and personal growth through self-discovery.

Individual therapy—also known as talk therapy or personal counseling—allows you to work one‑on‑one with a therapist to explore your experiences and identify patterns that may be holding you back.  Sessions focus on creating a collaborative relationship built on empathy, confidentiality and respect. 

Our therapists integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution‑Focused Therapy, Trauma‑Focused Therapy and Mindfulness‑Based interventions.  These evidence‑based methodologies are tailored to your needs to reduce symptoms, improve self‑esteem and enhance resilience.
